- PRC license verification required for nurses; CGFNS or NNAS pathway for RN licensure.
- IELTS widely available; CELPIP centres in Manila and Cebu.
- Dual citizenship permitted under RA 9225 (Citizenship Retention Act).
- Filipino caregivers heavily concentrated in Alberta, Ontario, Manitoba.
Police certificate from Philippines
NBI Clearance from the National Bureau of Investigation; valid 6 months.
ECA / credential evaluation
WES, ICAS, and IQAS all accept Philippine credentials. PRC license documents often required separately for nursing/healthcare.
